Pedroia easily beat out Minnesota slugger Justin Morneau and added to his ever-expanding trophy case. Generously listed at 5-foot-9, the Red Sox star was the top AL rookie last year while winning a World Series ring.

Morrow shot 42.1 percent from the 3-point line at Tech, so, certainly, he had a shooter's resume when he left school. But he didn't have much pub. In fact, in the NBA's draft media guide, which features 124 potential draftees, Morrow's bio didn't make the cut. Little wonder he went undrafted.
